When We Were Very Young - A. A. Milne (1927 - Sixteenth Edition)

£9.95

Title: When We Were Very Young

Title’s Included: N/A

Author: A. A. Milne

Publisher: Methuen & Co Ltd

Year: 1927

Binding: Hardback

No. of Pages: 100

Condition: All pages are present and attached, pages have minor tanning, and mild foxing to some pages. Title pages show heavier signs of foxing and tanning. There is also a pen inscription on the inside front cover. The book has suffered from water damage at some point, and as such there is signs of light staining on most pages, and the paper is slightly crinkled. However, no pages are stuck together, neither is the text smudged. The dust jacket does show signs of heavy wear, discolouration and tears. Book cover demonstrates a beautiful gilt image on the cover and title and author down the spine. The cover itself also shows heavy discolouration to the bottom half, likely from the historic water damage. There is also crushing to the top and bottom of the spine, along with the board edges and corners.

Generally the book is in a good acceptable condition, considering it's historic damage. However, the book remains a beautiful edition and would be a great addition for any collection.
