Condition: In each edition all pages are present and attached, although some of the titles have the inside page pulling away from the cover slightly. There is some tanning to the pages and some mild foxing to some page edges. Book covers demonstrate a beautiful matching gilt design down the spine which also depicts the title and author for each edition. The covers have a red, ribbed cover. There are signs of crushing to the top and bottom of the spine as well as board corners. There is also some fading to some of the titles and minor marks. All titles are illustrated.
Generally the books are in very good condition and any wear is commensurate with their age and does not detract from the beauty of the collection itself. This would make a wonderful and aesthetic addition to any collection.
