Title: Police Law
Title’s Included: N/A
Author: Cecil C. H. Morriarty
Publisher: Butterworth & Co. Ltd
Year: 1935
Binding: Hardback
No. of Pages: 480
Condition: All pages are present and attached, pages do have some mild tanning. Book cover is not in the best of conditions, with the spine cloth missing, crushing to the board corners and edges and scuffs and marks in various areas of the cover.
This is a fabulous early copy of Police Law, that contains so much history with at least 86 names listed of the officers, their positions and which force they were in - whom had evidently been in possession of this copy of the book at some point during their careers in the police.
With the above in mind and the knowledge of how much this book has been read and passed around since being published, the book is in good condition and any wear is commensurate with its age and use but does not detract from the beauty of the book itself.
The wear and annotations only add to the character and history of the book. This would make a fabulous addition to any collection.
