Some of the pages are starting to pull away from the cover slightly (please see pictures). Book cover is in good condition for its age, however, the spine does show some crushing to the top and bottom as well as the board corners. There is also numerous scuffs and marks to the cover and the spine and cover has worn/faded.
Generally the book is in good condition and any wear is commensurate with its age and does not detract from the beauty of the book itself.
