Condition: All pages are present and attached and are generally in 'Like New' condition. There is a few splashed paint?? marks to the top gilt page edges when the book is closed (please see photos), but these are not seen on the open book pages. There is a pen inscription on the inside front cover.  The Dust Jacket is in very good condition, with only a few light scuffs, a small tear to the top corner of the spine and light crushing mainly to the top and bottom of the spine and board edges/corners. The hardback cover is in exceptional condition considering its age, with only very small amounts of crushing to the top of the spine. 

Generally, the book is in excellent condition, and any wear is commensurate with its age and use, but does not detract from the beauty of the book itself.
